Our items are shipped from our trusted fulfillment partners, including warehouses in Asia, North America, and Europe, depending on your location and the product.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We process orders quickly to avoid delays. If you need to make a change, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. After that, changes or cancellations are not guaranteed — but you may still return the item once received.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal.

When will my order be processed?

Orders are processed between Monday and Friday, usually within 1–3 business days. Shipping begins the next business day. Please allow extra time during holidays or high-demand periods.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times typically range between 7–20 business days, depending on your region. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

What if I don’t receive my order?

If your package hasn’t arrived within 30 days of shipment, you're eligible for a full refund. Just email us and we'll make it right.

Will I be charged customs or taxes?

Prices are shown in CAD (or your local currency) and do not include local taxes or import duties. These may apply depending on your country's regulations and are the responsibility of the customer.

Can I return my order?

Yes — returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, as long as the product is unused and in original condition. Please email info@miskandco.com to begin a return.

What if my item is damaged or incorrect?

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please email us with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll resolve it quickly and respectfully.

When will I receive my refund?

Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method. Most banks take 7–10 business days to process the transaction. If you haven’t received it after that time, please contact your card provider.
